- Parents obtain information from us about their students primarily in two places... the KHS Website and SPAN.
- As teachers you add information to these sites via the KHS Staff Site, SAM, and NCWise.
- NOTE: SAM and NCWise** are intranet resources and can ONLY be accessed while on campus.
- Almost every resource that you need to access as a teacher is located on the Business Applications page of the WCPSS Intranet site.
- While at home you can access the WCPSS Internet site, especially the For Employees page.
- The NCWise Gradebook (Teacher Assistant Module) can be accessed via the @Home Access Portal.
- To make SPAN and NCWise work together in you MUST configure your gradebook to show up correctly in SPAN.

CyberSense
The WCPSS CyberSense course will allow you to:
- Identify the federal laws governing acceptable student use of online resources.
- Understand which WCPSS Board Policies govern student and faculty/staff use of online resources.
- Understand how to use the WCPSS Privacy Matrix to help you decide what content can and cannot be posted online.
- Provide examples of what can happen when inappropriate use of the online resources happens.
- Identify and address CyberBullying.
- Understand the risks and statistics of online child predators
